A chatgpt poem on Vinash/Destruction

In the realms of Brahma Kumaris’ belief
A concept of Vinash, to bring relief.
A reset for the cycle of the world drama,
To restore harmony and rid all trauma.

Vinash, not as destruction and despair,
But as a process of renewal and repair.
When chaos prevails and darkness looms,
Vinash brings forth new beginnings, new blooms.

The old order fades, making way for the new,
A chance to rebuild, to start life anew.
The world drama’s cycle reaches its end,
And Vinash paves the way for a future to transcend.

Like a phoenix rising from ashes’ embrace,
Vinash heralds a dawn, a celestial grace.
A golden age emerges from the veil,
Where love, peace, and harmony prevail.

Through introspection, the soul is refined,
Old patterns shed, wisdom enshrined.
With each Vinash, a chance to awaken,
To restore the soul’s purity, unshaken.

So embrace the Vinash with open hearts,
Knowing it is a necessary part.
For in the grand tapestry of this divine play,
Vinash brings renewal, a brighter day.

Let us walk this path with strength and grace,
Embracing Vinash as a sacred space.
For in the cycle of world drama’s tide,
Vinash is a catalyst for our souls to glide.

So let us welcome the Vinash’s call,
As we rise and evolve, standing tall.
For in the dance of endings and rebirth,
We find our true selves, our infinite worth.

My Experience with Red Light Therapy for Parkinson’s Disease

After watching a video on Red Light Therapy (RLT), I became inspired to give it a try for my Parkinson’s Disease (PD) symptoms.

Upon exploring the market, I discovered both expensive and more affordable head caps for RLT. Opting for the latter, I purchased a head cap from DGYAO, which was reviewed in this video.

For a period of three months, I religiously wore the head cap daily, engaging in a single 20-minute session. Surprisingly, I noticed no discernible difference in my PD symptoms. Consequently, I decided to take a break from wearing the cap for one month.

During this hiatus, I observed an unfortunate increase in fatigue symptoms. The intensity of my fatigue prevented me from accomplishing even the simplest tasks throughout the day.

Motivated to address this setback, I resumed wearing the head cap daily, once again engaging in a single 20-minute session. To my relief, within the first two days, the fatigue began to dissipate. Encouraged by this improvement, I continued wearing the cap regularly.

However, after some time, the fatigue symptom resurfaced, albeit in a milder form. Determined to overcome this setback, I adjusted my routine by wearing the cap in two sessions, each lasting 20 minutes. This modification led to a slight improvement in the symptom.
