I occasionally experience tremors in the fingers of my right hand. When experiencing them, I practise soul consciousness. As a result, I also notice the tremors reducing and stopping.

How to detach from PD symptoms?
Get into soul consciousness by visualising the self as a tiny point of light, standing far away in the sky. I am that tiny point of energy. I am a soul that eternal point of light. I am distinct from the body. The body has PD symptoms. I am a powerful soul indepenedent of the symptoms.
I observe PD symptoms while in body consciousness. Whenever I sense the symptoms, I switch to soul consciousness.
In soul consciousness, I emerge the original qualities of the soul, independent of physical situation. These qualities are peace, purity, power, love, bliss, happiness, and knowledgeful.
I stabilise the self in soul consciousness by practising some of the following self affirmations.
I am a peaceful soul.
I am loveful soul.
I am blissful soul.
I am a powerful soul.
I am a happy soul.
I am a pure soul.
Linear time versus World drama cycle
Linear time and the World Drama Cycle represent contrasting perspectives on the nature of time and its impact on our experience of negative emotions such as anxiety, fears, tensions, and depressions.
Linear time follows the notion that time progresses in a linear fashion, flowing from the past to the future. This perspective is commonly embraced in Western cultures, where it offers a sense of control over events. However, when one’s ability to exert control diminishes or is absent, it can lead to negative feelings like anxiety, fears, tensions, or depressions.
In contrast, the World Drama Cycle views time as identically repeating events in each cycle. In each cycle, events are based on the interactions souls, God (supreme soul) and matter. When it comes to alleviating the negative emotions, the World Drama Cycle presents an alternative approach. It encourages a broader perspective, emphasizing that the present moment is not unique but has occurred countless times before. It posits that whatever has transpired in the past is good, whatever is occurring presently is good, and whatever will unfold in the future is also good. This perspective fosters patience, acceptance, and a sense of surrender to the natural rhythms of life. Practices such as Rajayoga meditation can aid individuals to internalise cyclic time.
Some individuals may find reassurance and empowerment in the structure and potential control afforded by linear time. Others might seek solace in the acceptance and surrender offered by the World Drama Cycle. Exploring both perspectives can help identify which resonates more with personal experiences and requirements when it comes to relieving negative emotions.
