Interval timer for practising constant awareness of invisible friend

Suppose you want to practice constant awareness of invisible friend by checking every half an hour. Every half an hour, in the first 28 minutes you would do your normal/regular activities while keeping the presence of the invisible friend. In doing so, you may experience the awareness of the invisible friend slipping away. To remind you, the first alarm will be given after 28 minutes. After the first alarm, check whether you have constant awareness, and then you force yourself to practice the awareness of the invisible friend. The second alarm after 2 minutes signals the end of the forced awareness.

So we need to have a sequence of alarms. The first alarm after 28 minutes, second alarm after 2 minutes from the first one, third alarm after 28 minutes from the second one, fourth alarm after 2 minutes from the third one and so on.
